We can help.
Insight has a caring, professional staff, dedicated to your wellness. We want to make the first steps toward getting help as simple as possible.
HOW TO GET STARTED
Call Us
You can call us Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Our initial conversation is just to gather information and learn a little about your concerns. We can then help you begin the next steps toward treatment and recovery.
Walk In
We welcome the chance to talk to you face-to-face. You can walk in without an appointment between 9:00 a.m. and noon Monday through Friday. It is a first-come, first-served order, but we are here for you. The visit with us can range from 90 minutes or more, depending upon what you need that day.
When you walk in, we ask that you have the following:
- Picture ID
- Insurance card (if you have insurance)
- Family member or friend
- Proof of income (recommended) – Services may be provided regardless of a person’s ability to pay.

What is an assessment?
An assessment helps us understand the impact drug and/or alcohol use is having on your life. During your first appointment, we will help you determine which kind of help is best for you through a series of questions and a discussion with one of our counselors.
How do I pay? What if I can’t pay?
You will speak to a finance manager during your assessment. This meeting will help you understand your health insurance (if you have any) and what financial assistance is available. Services may be provided regardless of a person’s ability to pay.
See our Frequently Asked Questions for more information.
We give priority admission if you are pregnant, an intravenous drug user, are at risk of HIV/AIDS or tuberculosis (TB), or have opioid management treatment needs.
