RN-Registered Nurse Job description:
Position Summary: We are seeing a skilled, compassionate RN-Registered Nurse for our Outpatient Opioid Treatment Program located in Winston Salem, NC. RN is responsible for assisting in all areas of patient care, including physicals, and necessary tests in compliance with State and Federal laws and supervising the nursing staff, including medical technicians and assistants.
RN-Registered Nurse Job Duties:
- Provides for the determination, maintenance, and interpretation of standards of Nursing practice, and ancillary patient care practices to ensure licensed status is maintained and established procedures are followed
- Provides for the development, implementation and evaluation of the program for patients to ensure current, state-of-the-art quality care is provided
- Provides for the determination of conditions, resources and policies essential to the delivery of patient care services
- Provides for the immediate supervision of all administrative personnel in these areas
- Participates in interdisciplinary programs and overall planning
- Provides for the on-going review of respective services with regard to staffing, philosophy, goals, objectives, policies and procedures
- Participates in, monitors and evaluates quality assurance activities
- Provides for the analysis of trends pertinent to the delivery of care services
- Interprets and communicates policies and procedures in matters related to nursing, and ancillary services so as to advise and coordinate programs
- Reviews protocols, policies, procedures and standards of practice to ensure compliance with Federal, SOTA, NCDHHS and, CARF requirements
- Oversee and maintain medication inventory
- Monitor dosing area for accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain 222 binder to ensure ongoing compliance
RN-Registered Nurse Qualification Requirements:

RN-Registered Nurse Education and/or Experience:
Requires a Registered Nurse (RN) registered in the state of North Carolina and graduated from an accredited school of nursing with at least five years’ experience as a RN. Experience in the field of addictions is preferred but not necessary.
Schedule:
RN – Full Time
PRN Schedule Available
M-F 5:30am-1:30pm
Sat 5:30am-10:30am
Sun 6:30am-9:30am
Job Type: Full-time, PT, and PRN available
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
